Litigation Support

Legania Legal Services provides a comprehensive litigation support project management to the many aspects of the litigation process, ranging from the initial receipt of arrest or service of proof process to the investigative aspects through settlement or final disposition. Whether serving as a broad litigation support to small firms, acting as a litigation coordinator to midsize firms of providing servives to the

general public where an attorney is not required or to assist in pro se litigation, LLS provides all clients with an effective solution to manage litigation.


Litigation Project Management:

  • Utilize, create, or establish procedures to organize, coordinate, and retrieve information and documents
  • Create and maintain electronic case files (which corresponds to physical files)
  • Provide regular status updates and case status notifications
  • Ensure compliance with fiiling requirements and manage case dockets
  • Coordinate relevant parties, tasks, and responsibilities

Pre & Post-Trial Discovery:

  • Investigating and researching claims
  • Early case assessments
  • Assist with electronic document organization/production, includung indexing of documents and maintaining files
  • Interact with clients and outside parties, such as government agencies, expert witnesses, corporations, and opposing counsel to gather information or data
  • Review or analyze documents for production; categorize documents by subject; prepare chronologies of facts; create charts; perform calculations and stattistical analysis; review transcripts for specific references
  • Review and draft correspondance, interrogatories and requests for production of documents (and responses), as well as financial statements and any other pleadings or routine legal documents
  • Conduct factual research and gather relevant information from various resources (i.e. internet, libraries, etc.)
  • Prepare for depositions, including compiling documents relevant to the deponent, including compiling exhibits
  • Digest transcripts to summarize highlights of a proceeding or search for specific issues
  • Perform public records research of all kinds (i.e. dockets, secretary of state records, property records, etc.)

Pro se Litigation:

  • We discuss legal matters with pro se litigant. However, we are not attorneys and we do not provide legal advice. We listen and follow the direction that the litigant wants to pursue
  • We prepare documents and any necessary attachments or exhibits in pro se litigant's name
  • We provide augmented legal support services (i.e. no attorneys name will appear on any pleadings, nor will an attorney appear in court on pro se litigant's behalf)
  • Our service and fee is designed to be a low-cost alternative to higher priced attorneys
