The problem with part-time paralegals is that many are not reliable, they leave frequently or they require time and resources to educate them on the specific needs of your firm, business, or organization. I have years of litigation experience. Although my specialty is criminal law, I have experience in civil also. I provide legal and internet research, witness interviews, and basic investigations. I attend and assist with trial preparations. I attend and assist with depositions and provide deposition summaries. I also provide case managment services. I organize information in my client management system that your firm can use to train other paralegals or your legal support staff on similar projects in the future.
I also provide judgment recovery and skip tracing services. This service is valuable to anyone that was awarded a judgement but does not understand the legal processes to enforce it. This service is also valubale to any business that enages in in-house financing and has outstanding debt but does not have the time to pursue and recover monies owed to you. I am able to locate assests than can be levied against to enforce the judgment. Real estate investors or such other professionals can also use my skip tracing service to follow up on their leads.
